Professional High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics “Maria Sklodovska – Curie” – Sliven was established in 1962 as a Technical School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics. Since 1965, the two-time winner of the Nobel Prize, Maria Sklodovska – Curie, has been a patron.

Over the years, high school has proved to be one of the most elite schools in Sliven with professional training and individual approach to its alumni.

SYSTEM PROGRAMMING

Occupation: System Programmer

Trainees in this specialty acquire skills:

to implement algorithms in different programming languages;
to use correctly electronic measuring equipment;
to rely on, create and work with documentation – projects, drawings, sketches, schemes, etc .;
to connect to the Internet in real terms;
to install, configure and administer the necessary system and application software;
to create software products using procedural and object-oriented programming languages;
to create WEB applications, etc .;
to create and maintain a database and applications for them;
to analyze the real conditions and to carry out the necessary work activities in accordance with them.

Possible Conversion:

Pupils who graduated in “System Programming” acquire the third degree of professional qualification and profession “System Programmer”. Pupils can be realized in Bulgaria and abroad as software specialists in all areas of the computer and software industry. The acquired long-term knowledge and skills allow for a wide professional realization in all business units and areas where computer techniques and technologies are used.
