Mar-Iv 2016 EOOD has 400 young animals grazed freely to guarantee the high quality of milk and meat.
Prof. Nikolina Naydenova from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Thrace and Assistant Totio Kolev from the Agricultural Institute Zagora are the team of scientists who help the young owner Marcel Kyuchukov discover the beneficial properties of donkey milk.
In the modern world, donkey milk is also recognized as extremely useful and healthy. It helps in children with milk allergies and as a breast milk replacement. Also in people with eczema, psoriasis, to relieve asthma and respiratory problems at all ages. Milk is a source of vitamin B, B12 and C, as well as nutrients.
The company presents for the first time on the Bulgarian market brined cheese, yellow cheese and lactic drinks made entirely of 100% donkey milk.
Mar-Iv 2016 Ltd. takes part in numerous competitions and fairs, from which it earns honorable places.
He is the first prize winner of the International Plovdiv Fair as the winner of the Innovation Contest in the section “Products, Machines and Technologies for Fodder” with his product “Straw Milk Cheese”.
